ARTICLE 1 - PARTIES TO THE AGREEMENT

ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT AND SCOPE OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement is the sale, delivery, and return of watch modification products, spare parts, and personalized (custom) watch models ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website.The Law No. 6502 on the Protection of ConsumersandRegulation on Distance Contractsdetermine the rights and obligations of the parties.

Important Note:Some of the products offered on our site fall under the category of "products prepared according to the Buyer’s requests or personal needs" (modified products).

ARTICLE 3 - DELIVERY TERMS

  1. DELIVERY FEES:Unless otherwise stated and outside of campaign periods, information regarding shipping fees is provided on the payment page. Shipping fees for orders over a certain amountwill be covered by the SELLER. tarafından karşılanır.

  2. DELIVERY TIME:

    • 2.a.Spare parts that are in stock will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

    • 2.b.Personalized (Custom Build) watches will be shipped within 7-14 business days from the order confirmation due to assembly and testing processes (waterproofing and timekeeping tests).

    • 2.c.The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.

ARTICLE 4 - CONDITIONS OF RETURN AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As Seiko Mods TR, we prioritize customer satisfaction. However, due to the technical nature of our products, the following rules apply to return processes:

1. EXCEPTION TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (IMPORTANT)

According to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts;there is no right of withdrawal for goods prepared in accordance with the consumer's wishes or personal needs (custom-assembled watches, personalized dial/case combinations, etc.).Therefore, for watches that are assembled upon order and referred to as "Custom", returns and exchanges cannot be made unless there is a manufacturing defect or a defective product.

2. RETURNABLE PRODUCTS (Spare Parts)

Return conditions for standard spare parts (strap, bezel insert, glass, etc.):

  • a.The product must be unused, with seals intact and not tested for assembly.

  • b.Return requests must be reported within14 daysafter receiving the product.

  • c.Products with damaged shipping packages should not be accepted without a report being made in the presence of the shipping officer. It is strongly recommended to record the package opening on video to prevent potential loss of rights.

3. RETURN PROCESS AND CHARGING

  • Defective Products:The return shipping cost for defective or faulty products sent from the Seller isthe responsibility of the SELLER.Discretionary Returns:

  • Keyfi İadeler:Returns of standard products without defects (such as spare parts) due to dislike or cancellation will be processed after deducting the shipping fee and (if applicable) the cash on delivery service fee.

  • Refund:A refund order will be issued to your payment channels within 7 business days following the approval of the return. Depending on your bank, it may take 1-14 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

4. CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED

  • Spare parts that have been attempted to be assembled, scratched, or tampered with by the customer.

  • Watches and straps with protective films removed.

  • Products made to special order or with inscriptions/logos.
