1. Parties and Scope
These Standard Sales Conditions regulate the shopping process between the customer ordering through smodstr.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website" or "Company") and the Company. Every Buyer who places an order through the website is deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted these conditions.
2. Nature of the Products and Order Process
Custom Build Nature: The products offered on the website are custom design (custom build) products created by assembling independent parts through craftsmanship. Each watch is meticulously assembled and personalized upon order.
Order Confirmation: The order placed by the Buyer is finalized after the payment process is successfully completed and the order confirmation is sent via email by the Company.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices: The product prices specified on the website include shipping and any applicable customs duties, unless otherwise stated. The Company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
Payment Methods: Payments are collected through secure payment infrastructures offered on the website (Credit Card, Debit Card, etc.). The assembly and preparation process of the order will not begin until the payment is fully approved.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Preparation Time: Since the products are custom build models prepared with craftsmanship, there is an assembly and testing process after order confirmation. Unless otherwise stated, orders are delivered to shipping within legal time limits.
Worldwide Shipping: In international shipments, all customs duties, import fees, and local expenses that may arise when the package reaches the recipient's country are entirely our responsibility.
Damaged Cargo: The recipient is obliged to check the cargo package at the time of delivery. If there is visible damage, tearing, or opening in the package, a "Damage Report" should be obtained from the courier, and the product should not be accepted.
5. Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Conditions
Unconditional Exchange Guarantee: Our company stands behind the quality of workmanship. In the event of any issue or defect arising from shipping or the assembly process, a one-to-one exchange will be made completely free of charge without any excuses.
Right of Return: The recipient may return standard (not personalized/engraved) products within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original box, and all accessories are complete. The return shipping process must be carried out with the shipping company designated by the Company.
6. Warranty and Liability Limits
Our company is a completely independent watch modification and custom build service. Products are manufactured by combining high-quality mechanisms and components sourced from independent part manufacturers with expert craftsmanship.
Damages resulting from user errors, exceeding the watch's waterproof limits, or interventions by unauthorized third parties are not covered by the warranty.
7. Resolution of Disputes
In the resolution of any disputes arising from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Courts located in the place where the Company's headquarters is situated are authorized.

 Gym Watch is an independent watch modification workshop specializing in bespoke production. Despite the markings on the dial, this model is NOT an original Seiko factory product. It is a custom-built project, assembled from scratch by skilled hands in Gym Watch workshops using reliable original Japanese movements and premium aftermarket parts.
