1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE

You (‘User’) declare that you have the right, authority, and legal capacity to enter into a contract according to the laws applicable to you while using the services offered on the site; you have read and accepted this contract.

  • Right to Change: GYM WATCH, reserves the right to change watch models, spare part stocks (dial, bezel, mechanism, etc.), labor costs, and sales prices without prior notice.

  • Technical Service:The company guarantees that modification and sales services will be provided continuously, except for technical failures.

  • Usage Restrictions:The user agrees not to copy the source code of the site, not to reverse engineer, and not to engage in activities that would jeopardize the security of the site.

  • Content Ethics:The user may not share content in the comment or review sections of the site that is contrary to public morals, misleading, or infringes on the rights of third parties (intellectual property, etc.).

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • 3.1. S Mods TRbrand, logo, website design, and especially thecustom modification designs(Custom Design), photos, and methods are the property of the Company.

  • 3.2.No visual or technical information on the site may be reproduced, copied, or used on another e-commerce platform without written permission.

4. CUSTOM PRODUCTS AND WARRANTY

  • Product Nature:The watches offered on our site are products created by changing parts and personalizing (modifying) standard models.

  • Warranty Limit:Damage to spare parts purchased by the user during assembly due to user error (mechanism damage, glass breakage, etc.) is not covered by the warranty.

  • Water Resistance:The water resistance values of modified watches may vary depending on the parts used. Technical warnings on this matter are included in the product descriptions.

5. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA

  • 5.1.The Company does not disclose personal information (name-surname, address, contact) provided by users to third parties, except as required by law.

  • 5.2.The user agrees to the use of their contact information for campaigns, new model announcements, and technical notifications organized by GYM WATCH .6. FORCE MAJEURE

6. FORCE MAJEURE

In cases beyond the Company's control, such as natural disasters, global delays in customs processes, disruptions in logistics networks, or internet infrastructure failures, the Company cannot be held responsible for delays in service or inability to perform.

7. NOTIFICATION AND EVIDENCE AGREEMENT

  • The email address specified during membership is considered the legal notification address.

  • In disputes between the parties, the Company's digital records, database records, and email correspondence shall be considered conclusive evidence in accordance with the Law No. 6100 on Civil Procedure.

8. COMPETENT COURT

In the resolution of any disputes arising from the implementation of this contract,the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Central) arecompetent.
