1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY PROCESS

  • Ready Stock Products: Spare parts and accessories available in stock are shipped within 1-3 business days of order confirmation.
  • Custom Build Watches: Watches that are assembled or personalized upon order require careful assembly, precision adjustment, and waterproof testing. These are prepared and shipped within the timeframe specified in the product details (average 4-5 business days).

Information: You will be notified via your registered email regarding any unforeseen delays during the delivery process.

To ensure seamless delivery, please provide a reliable daytime delivery address and your current phone number. All packages sent from our Honk Kong-based operation center are shipped insured and tracked via our contracted international courier partners.

2. PAYMENT AND ORDER TRACKING

The payment steps in our system are protected by high-security standards. If a transaction cannot be completed due to any technical issue, you will be informed in real-time on the payment page.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is complete, an automated confirmation message will be sent to your email address, verifying that your order is in our system.
  • We maintain strict legal responsibility to our customers regarding complete delivery, as well as to our banking partners for maintaining a secure payment infrastructure.

3. CARGO DELIVERY RECEIPT: PLEASE PAY ATTENTION!

Watches and watch components are highly sensitive products. Please inspect your package in front of the courier if you suspect it has been damaged (crushed, torn, or opened) during transit.

  • Damage Assessment: If you detect any damage or breakage to the product, ask the courier to prepare a "Damage Assessment Report" and do not accept the package.
  • Post-Acceptance Responsibility: Once the package is accepted without a report, it is legally considered that the courier has fulfilled their duty and the package was delivered undamaged.
  • Notification: In the event of a damaged product, please send the report to goktug@smodstr.com or contact us via our communication lines immediately.

Note: Supporting your notification with a brief description of the product's condition and clear photos will help us expedite the insurance and compensation processes, allowing us to send you a replacement product as soon as possible.
